Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of sportsabi.ae and purchases from SportSabi LLC, licensed in Sharjah Media City (Shams), UAE. Trade Licence No. 2541639.01.

An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. The contract for the sale is formed when we send that confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of product unavailability, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you are refunded in full.
All prices are in AED. Delivery is charged separately: AED 25 per order, free on orders of AED 300 or more after discounts.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We ship within the United Arab Emirates only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered 2–4 business days after dispatch (3–5 for remote areas).
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused items. Return shipping is at the customer's cost and original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are made within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as socks, innerwear, or other personal-use items) may not be eligible for return.
SportSabi is an independent retailer. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
