Shipping Policy

• We ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
• Orders are dispatched from our partner store RAD Sports in Dubai Studio City.
• Delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, or 3–5 business days for remote areas.
• Delivery costs AED 25 per order. It is free on orders of AED 300 or more (after discounts), and a free-shipping coupon also waives it.
• Free store pickup: collect your order from our partner store RAD Sports, Dubai Studio City, once we confirm it is ready.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Returns are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy: return shipping is at the customer's cost and original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
