Refund & Returns Policy

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
To start a return, email hi@sportsabi.ae or WhatsApp +971 52 430 1618 with your order number.
You ship the item back to us at your own cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover the return and send a replacement or a refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as socks, innerwear, or other personal-use items) may not be eligible for return.
