Delivery
- We ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.
- Orders are dispatched from our partner store RAD Sports in Dubai Studio City.
- Delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, or 3–5 business days for remote areas.
- Delivery costs AED 25 per order. It is free on orders of AED 300 or more (after discounts), and a free-shipping coupon also waives it.
- Free store pickup: collect your order from our partner store RAD Sports, Dubai Studio City, once we confirm it is ready.
Returns
- You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
- To start a return, email hi@sportsabi.ae or WhatsApp +971 52 430 1618 with your order number.
- You ship the item back to us at your own cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover the return and send a replacement or a refund.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as socks, innerwear, or other personal-use items) may not be eligible for return.
